Research and design

During the summer of 2015, I interned within the Technology & Products division at Salesforce's headquarters in San Francisco.

Working alongside a UX design intern, I was tasked with identifying unmet needs of a specific Salesforce user group to help develop a new feature set to support their objectives.

I conducted primary research (in-person and remote), analyzed participant responses, identified trends, and supported the design intern in creating a solution targeted to our user group.
At the end of the summer, we presented our final design direction to the greater Salesforce UX team.
